  • Wow, that’s really good about the weight you’ve lost! I’ve been trying to drink more water lately..and just eat healthier and it really is helping me! I used to not eat after 6:00 but I’m up most nights until 2:00 on the phone with Greg so I usually have something small (granola bar, Slimfast bar) around 10:30 and then call it quits for the night with food.
     
    I did lose 30 pounds a few years ago and I’ve kept that off and have just been maintaining for quite awhile..now I just feel motivated to lose some more so I’m hoping it continues to go in the right direction.
